There is a an app that shows free wifi. You can also pay Comcast/Time Warner to use their internet monthly and you'll just have access to your neighbor's router.

Even though it is a little expensive it's not a subscription so your internet stops like a prepaid card almost.

run aireplay-ng with an ARP relay attack on the connected client of the WEP ESSID

make sure you run airodump-ng first so that the IVs you get from the aireplay-ng attack are saved

you will get a lot of packets in a short amount of time, depending on whether or not the connection is strong enough

then run aircrack on the .pcap file

should take a few mins if everything goes correctly .. Trying to crack the WPA2 will take a long time and you will probably not get any matches with your PW list.

the access point is too far away for your wifi card to receive the IV's

get a wireless adapter to boost your signal. If it were in range, you would have enough IV's by now to crack it

make sure you specify using the -3 option with aireplay-ng, to specify ARP replay. Just using airodump with WEP will get the IV's but it's not as effective.
