I used to get calls like this all the time. One day I had some spare time so I made them think I was falling for it, but painfully slowly. I also began to say things like "yeah it started to go slow after I watched a video on this site called redtube. It had a horse in it..." And "I put my wingwang into the CD drive and now it's bleeding, will you kiss it better?"

Unbelievably, the woman continued the conversation, even promising to fix my broken wingwang if I just installed teamviewer.

After half an hour I got bored and told them I was messing with them, and to fuck off. They obviously put me on some blacklist and I was never bothered again.

I saw a few videos, one with a virus disguised as a notepad file called "passwords", and another with a windows xp VM themed as hotdog. Both videos were funny, but I shall never forget describing my bleeding penis to an Indian girl, asking her to kiss it better, and hearing her eagerly reply "yes of course sir" in a futile attempt to gain access to a computer which wasn't even turned on.

The moment you pick up the call and talk to them for more than 10 seconds, your name is on their list. Do you know what is on the other end? it's not just 2-3 people, it's an entire call center. If they know you have a computer you're doubly fucked since they will try extra hard to call back. It doesn't matter how clever you think you are because you are going to get hundreds of calls about it, they know that they can break people down by calling like this. You're also going to have to deal with different phone numbers, you can't just block one and be done with it.

you are also not going to "stick it" to the right person. you want to mess with the business owner, but he doesn't make these calls. you are just speaking to some employee.
