What phone did you have before the zte zmax pro?

I'm on the zte zmax right now and my carrier has it for less than 200, do you think it'd be a nice upgrade or should I shill for an LG or Samdung or anything else?

I went from a Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime
This was most certainly an upgrade. Before that, an LG K7, once more before that an LG Leon.

This device is the best I was able to get for about $100-$150.
The only other device I was questioning was the LG Stylo 2, but the ZMAX seems to be the best for the price.
