Solus is the closest I got, but it sucks for laptops.

No, it sucked for one card in one old laptop. Works fine on many other laptops including three of mine.
Windows 10 is free to download and does not require activation. WIndows 7 downloads are plentiful. No need to pay for software.

When it works, solus is easily the best distro.
For broadcom drivers just use Ubuntu MATE.

Are you actually mentally disabled?
Adding a repo is as simple as googling it, copying the pre written Shell line into your terminal and pressing enter
Anyone who is too dumb to do this, or too scared of actually using terminal should just commit suicide.
