You could trim $100 off it easy, with cheaper mobo case and PSU. What you picked is fine though, and unless you're strapped for cash, I'd stick with it.

for the love of god don't get jewish with the PSU, it's a common "first time" mistake to pick a cheap PSU, and after a year your mobo and gpu suddenly stop working causing you a lot of trouble.
your choice is fine, but an extra 20$ on the PSU won't kill you for sure, consider removing the CPU cooler and using the stock one for upgrading to a liquid solution later.

Liquid cooling is a meme. My i7 2600k @ 3.8GHz works just fine with the stock cooler. Only reaches 55°C with heavy loads. About 40°C when idle. I feel no need for over clocking.
