The Cybershot U series cameras were always pretty cool. Only 2MP, but for the time they came out, pretty frickin' tiny. I found this U30 last year. Years ago I used to have a U50 which was a little bigger, but its lens could twist 180 degrees.

I still to this day use an old sony alarm clock by my bed that I've had since I was a kid in the 90s. It looks like this but it's a dark grey/black not the color pictured.
