I use reliable preactivated torrented downloads with no problem. Many 7 installs over many years. murphy78 does consistently excellent releases of OS and soft.

Windows 10 doesn't require activation unless you care about stupid shit like "personalization" and watermark removal. You can make it pretty with other tools.

I'm surprised everyone doesn't immediately learn thoroughly about warez for convenience, but I started with Win98 and never gave a shit. I paid for Partition Magic 4.0 but that was the first and last soft I bought. I don't buy OS.
