Unless you're rendering flat out you'll be fine senpai. Depends on the performance headroom of your chip and relative load.. it may not get anywhere close to 120W.

I won't do anything that demanding other then a few games here and there but I doubt they are that cpu demanding. Also won't that be bad for the cpu in the long term or not?

nigga, download CPU-Z or speccy, play the most demanding game you have for about 30 minutes. While it's still running, Alt-Tab to your desktop to see what the cpu temperature is. If it's below 85c you're fine.

The lower the better for the health of your CPU over time, but as a short-term solution it will handle itself fine via throttling if needbe.. albeit a waste of good silicon
