Is there any way to stop all JavaScript on a webpage (in particular, animations, blocker-evading ads, and """cute""" scrolling """features""") in Firefox or Chrome? Something like debugger pause in Firefox (Shift+Ctrl+I, F8) but without losing the ability to scroll with the arrow keys and the scroll bar?
