So.. uhh, for the uninitiated - how does encrypting a drive protect me from attacks while I'm using the system?
While we're playing 20 questions, why should I encrypt a hard drive if I have no sensitive information on it?

in britain, there was one man who refused to give the key to police, they sent him to jail, and told the media that he was "probably a pedo", this meant that when he entered prison, he got the shit kicked out of him daily (they dont like pedos in there)
