I guess only real "weak" part would be the CPU, but if I want to upgrade that I guess I'd go for the 6600K, which means new motherboard for the 1151 socket, and new DDR4 ram, worth?

No not at all. Wait for another year or two and DDR5 will be out plus SSDs will be dirt cheap.

DDR4 isn't worth an upgrade in itself, but if you are getting a new mobo anyway then by all means go for DDR4.
It will help in the future more than anything, when DDR3 is phased out the prices will skyrocket and you don't want to be stuck with a DDR3 mobo when that happens.
