How do tags work when uploading YouTube videos?

Say people search for "dragon dildo review"

Should your tags be

..., dragon dildo review, ...

or

..., dragon, dildo, review, ...

Does it make a difference?

comma is slightly better in your example. it's more helpful to link to your other videos using search terms in the description of each video.
