Hello,To explain my position in this house hold I am a NEET,Yes yes I worthless I know.So my mom just got U-verse,My mom got tired of paying 70$ a month for internet,So she call at&t and they said U-verse is better and faster blah and so on.
our old DL speed=700Kilobytes
our new DL speed=toped out at 97Kilobytes
My only life is talking to people on VOIP and such.While playing Gay-ms with them.
How fucked am I?

Pretty fucked.
The obvious solution (although maybe not to you) is to get a job such that you can buy your own connection, instead of bitching about things that are given to you for free.

There's no jobs left, at least not ones that allow you to afford a house, your own internet connection, and generally be financially independent (which is what you seem to be suggesting he "just do").
