Man, i havr used these for so long, now I just use a big mousemat, way more comfy after getting used to it. I also hate tiny spaces for my mouse, my mouse and keyboard are like 40cm away from each other. Maybe that'll help, moving to a bigger mousemat, more room to move. If your space is too small, get a better workspace.

I'd recommend a sweat band, for both your wrist and head. In addition to that, you should at least get yourself an elbow support sleeve.
