Friendly reminder to be civil. I am currently installing a fresh Arch Linux to meet some needs that just came up in my home lab.
Can anyone recommend a good switch that will allow me to easily manage my home VLANs remotely while I am traveling?

What the hell can arch do that Ubuntu can't?

On Ubuntu, when you have to install a software that is outside the apt-get world, you end up with out-of-apt install which jeopardize the long term integrity of your system. When you want to uninstall that software or upgrade it, it's hard to make sure you don't leave anything behind.
Making arch packages is so easy that whatever software you want to install you can wrap it in a package in mere minutes and allow you to never leave the packaged world.
