I accidentally did this. I have a 250GB cap at the moment (tracked between 8am and 1am, 1am-7:59am is not tracked), and I left it to download a bunch of shit during the hours that are tracked. Ended up going over, woe is me.
I usually end up with 500ish GB a month that was used during non tracking hours.
