Actually, that's in the works. The kicker with neural networking based machine learning is that it needs time to develop and gather data, no matter how fast the programmers work.
Have a read of the articles below and think about how neural networking and multi-node/network data aggregation can work in conjunction with machine learning and portable backends (i.e. open-source, .NET,C++).
