If you want to multiboot, what I recommend is to have a small partition with GRUB 0.97 sitting on it. This boot loader should start first and then pass control to any other OS's bootloader sitting in that OS's partition VBR. That way you never ever have to mess with the MBR if installing another OS onto some partition, you just install that OS's boot loader in to it's main partition VBR and then load that from the GRUB 0.97 which starts first.

You installed Kali on the same physical disk than W10 ?
It's weird than it didn't detect it.

If it's on the same same disk, and you click YES, you will be stuck booting Kali instead of W10, until you correctly reconfigure GRUB to be able to boot to windows.
If you click NO, then you won't be able to use Kali and you will boot to windows, until you use the live CD again to install GRUB correctly.

A most sensible option (supposing he intends to be able to boot into both OSes after all) is to install GRUB into the MBR and then manually add an entry to boot Windows to it (GRUB just needs to chainload the VBR of the Windows boot volume).

Install the grub on your main HD and then when it restarts, login to Kali, then go to the terminal and type update-grub .. it will find the windows 10 boot loader and then once you restart your pc you will see the option to boot into windows 10 on the grub loader.

But honestly, Kali isn't meant to be run on top of hardware like that. It performs best on a live usb or even better, a virtual machine. Don't fall for the meme.

Once you install GRUB, boot with a live cd and run grub-repair. It will detect Windows and Linux and once you reboot it will show you both options.
