Which version of Windows 10 should I use? Enterprise or Student? Which has less botnet?
>inb4 Arch
I need AutoCAD, so GNU/Linux is not for me.
enterprise and student are the same
It's not which version your using, it's which license.

You can't remove the botnet. M$ has said this. If privacy is an issue use 8.1 or 7 and de-botnet as needed.
10 pro because a key is usually $10 on ebay

Is this any different from "Windows 10 educational N" version?

pro with a key that you got from an old windows 7 laptop instead of installing some botnet ass activator.

I remember a thread some months ago about a guy installing Enterprise and he said it didn't have any botnet in it.

Windows' versions are a clusterfuck.

The Enterprise version is the only one where telemetry can be disabled which is why it is the least botnet version of all of them.
I have also seen a long arse script which make multiple changes to the OS to make it more secure.
Depending on preferences you may want to stick with older Windows OS instead of going to 10.
General point to make is that if you are using a computer for just AutoCAD then make sure you only use it for general purpose.
Anything illegal or very person/ sensitive go for more secure OSes (Tails or if you can mod then Arch).
Obvious point is you want separate machines for general use and private stuff.
