Don't use the Code::blocks builtin wizard, you have to download another script for SFML2+ because C::B is ancient as shit right now and development has stopped.
Or better yet, set it up on your own, it's a matter of 2 clicks.

pretty sure what he means is compiling the library yourself or downloading a build of it from the website, then putting it in their respective include/lib folders
