So I found a computer in the woods. I disassembled it and cleaned off the parts inside. There was a bit of water and sand, but its dry now. Do you think any of these parts are salvageable/can be resold?

I'm sure everything is salvageable. I've trashpicked computers that have been sitting in the rain for weeks, and aside from a rusty case, they've worked perfectly after letting them dry.
You never know until you try though - put the thing back together and see if it works.

the nic is worthless unless it's gigabit and non realtek someone might want it for windows 7 because it would have drivers.
If you wipe off the thermal grease and google the the numbers one at at time, or if it says that it is quad core, it may be worth something like $20 to $40 The motherboard itsself, probably like $30 or $40 again if someone thinks they need it or $25 mobos are all the same price after a certain age generally.

That's not an ethernet card, faggot. It's 56k modem because HP ran out of blank expansion covers and needed something to fill the gap.
That RAM and HDD can be useful for upgrading/supplementing older rigs.

Seriously though if you bought a board when gigabit wasn't integrated or were too cheap to buy a mobo with gigabit integrated and you finally get internet speeds that surpass the speeds of 10/100 you'll be glad you have it. The good gigabit pci cards on newegg that actually work are outrageous it would be cheaper to buy a new motherboard.

Haha, I found two PCs in the woods too. Some unknown old model with PC133 RAM, the other had a VIA mobo with a PGA370 Celeron.
Left then both. Salvaged the RAM sticks and the Celeron CPU (it had no heat spreader/cooler). All RAM sticks worked, but I busted a pin GND on the Celeron, not sure if it still works. Got an old dual Slot1/PGA370 CPU mobo (elpina LM something) which doesn't seem to like it.
