Oh yes they do motherfucker. Take your legit iso contents, extract them, and run this:

> DISM.exe /Get-WimInfo /WimFile:%PathToRootOfISOContents%\sources\install.wim

You will see that there are several indexes listed and each ISO file from Microsoft will have several editions.

It's just that the setup.exe in the Windows PE doesn't present them all because of restrictions set in the ei.cfg file.
