I'm trying to make a 32 GB USB flash drive all in one flash drive.
First partition is about 20 GB for data storage recognized by windows/Linux.
Second partition contain multiple distors:
1. Custom puppy linux with persistence
2. Hiren's BootCD
3. Debian 32 bit with XFCE as DE that runs as a live session for testing and compiling packages.
How do I do this?

It seems windows only recognize the first partition in multiple partitions USB.
So the first partition have to be for the data storage.
What would happen if the USB have multiple partitions with multiple boot flags?

Windows can't recognize any ext partitions or btrfs partitions. Those distros will have to be on an NTFS or FAT partition

I know that.
That's way the first partition would have to be FAT32, for data storage.

It can't be done. WIndows will only see the first partition, regardless of formatting.

That's what I just said.
The second partition is for booting those distros.
The first partition is for general data storage only.

You might have a bigger and more fundamental issue, than creating a partition for those distros.
Windows can't see multiple partitions on a USB drive because it's set to be removable.

The same issue can be applied to BIOS, You see, some BIOSes reject to boot from USB mass storage devices with partition table that have more than one entry, for the same reasons.

That's very short sighted.

bios manufacturers... and other manufacturers in general, really, only really care about windows
>ACPI fucked up/non-standard? who cares, it works with the current version of windows
>boot from something other than the first partition on a usb device? who cares, windows can't see other partitions anyway

Damn it.
But it seems UEFI doesn't have this issue.
While if I carry one USB flash drive I might as well carry two.
How do I make a multi bootable ISO?
http://multicd.us/
Seems to provide an ISO made of other distros ISOs, that can be burned to USB flash drive.

While it does support puppy linux, I doubt it will function as intended doesn't?
It would run as if puppy is running from CD with no persistence.
Right?

It seems so.
And changing pmedia=cd to pmedia=usbflash will probably break the script.
Since the script works by using single initrd.gz and vmlinuz for all the distros.
And load the rest from the ISO.

Literally just make a persistent multiboot USB in one single NTFS partition and then just create a folder called Stuff inside. Use that folder to store your files or whatever stupid shit.
