You can use russian Yandex Disk (disk.yandex.ru) it is something like google drive where you can edit uploaded doc and xls documents.

I tried mail.ru cloud service but it didn't have live doc editor. Might try Yandex but if it isn't similar to google doc in point of live editing then it won't cut it.

Russians don't even use .ru anymore. Most popular Russian torrentsite moved out of Russia lately and the most popular imageboard has been taken over by mail.ru which is basically the digital division of Russian government.
