How do i take this apart and fix it? Headed to /diy/ next for advice. Had a go at unscrewing the only two visible screws and to no avail, cant get the fucking thing to come apart.
Its a Blue Yeti Stereo Condenser microphone and it was moderately expensive so if i can just fix it rather than buy a new one I would like to do that.
When I plug it in, it makes the screeching noise that is a telltale sign of wiring issues. Im no electrician but i can solder decently. Any help or advice appreciated.
Cheers

Your first and only mistake was buying a USB mic that costs more than 30 bux because they're all absolute garbage
I guess another mistake would not be googling it since there's a billion fucking videos and shit on how to do this shit

>Blue Yeti
So, you can't find a repair guide or video on youtube of the mic that all of them are using?

You are also most likely wrong about the screeching noise btw hope this helps.

>it makes the screeching noise that is a telltale sign of wiring issues
To me it sounds like no grounding or shitty PSU

>buying blue garbage
you should have bought a scarlett solo and a decent mic OP, like the AT2035.

Use it as a dildo.

>doesn't know how to even take it apart
>thinks he can fix it
>thinks he can fix complex electronics and delicate condenser microphone mechanics

I would personally try to put it in my ass with a sexy shape like that.
I bet it would fit too.
