I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and say that you all mean to have an ARM VM and you didn't get it in your mind that you can virtualize an x86 instruction set on ARM. There is, after all, Linux for ARM. There's even Windows 10 for ARM.

i think the people who made parallels are making a cloud VM software app to bypass the need for processing needs on a phone but let people run their garbage software on phones.
