>nvidia pascal cards from evga are exploding

Remind me why nVidia is so good again. Mean while AMD got so much shit for their 480 over spec in power draw, which literally did nothing.
>>57556148
It's not Nvidia.. It's EVGA being completely shit in quality.

meanwhile my AMD card and/or driver causes the monitor to occasionally lose the signal until I reset the computer.
don't kid yourself, both AMD and Nvidia suck. the question is, when did it all go so wrong?

because reddit pcmasterrace retards make up the majority.
They get their information from the likes of jayzwhatever and linusshilltips and other shitty youtube people that shill nvidia nonstop

It amazes me the amount of retarded and often incorrect information those two give. Especially Jaystwocents with water cooling. Their videos nonstop show up in my recommended.

60 fps -> 20 fps is huge drops in frames
Nvidia WHQL drivers are just alpha drivers. AMD's supposedly Beta drivers are more stable than nVidia shit.

What right info? I've seen at least 3 videos of his over the year or so I've known about him. All full retard about water cooling. One I remember because of how much I was shaking my head is the one where he's literally dumping a whole bottle of dye into a tiny loop. It may had been more I just remember him squirting the bottle into the shit.

Nvidia drivers have no problems, it only affects a small amount of overclocked cards
Buying Nvidia reference design gets you rock solid stability and reliability and AYYMD can't even support their shit as long as Nvidia has with Tesla microarchitecture GPUs getting 10 years of rock solid driver support & Fermi going on to 7 years next year

AMD shills "forget" to mention that complete shit show that was AMD drivers for Win10 early adapters. Going between 4-5 months on driver updates. Yes let me repeat that. 4-5 months for driver updates with Win10 early adapters.
Something that I've never seen in my almost 30 years of PC gaming. I will never support that shit company again after that.
>>57556619
Its called Beta drivers. Use them. AMD releases one or two every month or so.
You're even more of a retard if you think AMD's Windows 10 drivers were an issue. Nvidia's Windows10 drivers were pure garbage in stability. I know because I have 3 systems 2 of them are nVidia and 1 AMD.
>>57556667
The beta drivers were updated even less, retard.
Nvidia was far better with frequent updates. Even if it was crash on this update fix in the next. It wasn't crash for 4 months and then crash for another 4 months.
I don't expect it to be smooth but I don't expect drivers to take 4 months either.

I have this exact issue with my MSI R9 390, but it's a black screen for good until restart. I've tried libre and prop. Drivers to boot.
>don't kid yourself, both AMD and Nvidia suck. the question is, when did it all go so wrong?
When hardware companies decided to follow the money (winblows gaymen). Who wouldn't? This can change though in time

Nvidia first driver release flatout broke win10 - it simply didn't work.
My nivida powered steambox caught fire a few weeks ago, if I wasn't home my house would have burned down.
