Fuck, I just broke off two blades on my gtx 660 fan. How bad is this? Is it possible to replace them?
Yeah just carefully hot glue it, or buy a new fan if you want

break off the blades on the opposite side to balance the fan and you should be okay
Just get a new fan and attach it to the card using elastic bands or whatever.
Unplug the old fan though. One problem: The graphics card might have safety features stopping it from working properly when the fan is unplugged.

So its possible to get a new fan? Cant seem to find one online.

Isnt it better to just replace the old one? If its possible that is
>>57551721
Get any similar sized fan and attach it to the card with elastic bands, wire, or whatever
What is important is that the card is being cooled, not that it is pretty.

Good luck finding a fan that's exactly the right size.
Go for it, if you can. But you'll be spending less time and money just niggerrigging a case fan to it.

So how I get the fan running without plugging it in?

Plug it in
Just get a regular PC fan and just face it towards the card.
Remove the broken fan and leave the other working ones. Should be fine, maybe even a slight under clock would be good if it get's a little hot.
