You could try learning the Unity engine, start out small and make mobile games that don't take a lot of time to develop so you can start earning some money sooner then later. Once you know the engine well enough and have bigger ambitions perhaps you could make a PC game.

Learn Unity. It's really easy and lets you make games for mobile, web and PC.
However just two programmers is not a great idea for a game dev. Small games, especially mobile ones attract people using nice visual aspects. I hope at least one of you can make nice graphics and music because without it, you'll never really sell anything.

You should learn C or C++ if you want to do any actual game development, but at the rate you're going I suggest learning English first. Considering you're using "hip" technologies like Swift and "enterprise" technologies like Java I can only assume that you shit in the streets and probably haven't played a video game in your life. Use C++ but don't worry about all the <template>++11/14/17 gimmicks
