Problem is it drifts. I've tried watching Netflix and every few minutes or so, it shifts the screen slightly to the right. By the time you've finished the whole episode, you'll be looking almost completely to the right unless you look somewhere far out of your range (behind you, for example), set the screen there, then swing your head back to the position you want and set the screen. Very cumbersome and annoying, plus it lagged and couldn't output synced audio and video. Also the headset is really uncomfortable when lying down.

it's a neat gimmick but nowhere near "high quality imax" screen. In fact the quality of the virtual tv screen is pretty bad compared to just watching the movie on an actual tv set or monitor

Glasses user here, carboard is unusable without my glasses on and comfortable with them on. Also, cardboard is absolutely shitty in general.

Cardboard is to VR headsets like watching movies on a 3" ipod screen is to watching them in a cinema. For real headsets, they design them with enough room to wear your glasses underneath - but if you really want to, you can also get lenses made with your custom focal strength so you don't need to use glasses while wearing them
