You'll need lots of high-quality sand to refine into silicon. This takes a lot of energy because silicon is really hard to refine.
Unless you are using the loose version of build, like everyone else here, where "building" a PC has been dumbed down to the equivalent of painting by numbers or microwaving a meal.
