Is Freenom's new DNS good?
I'm using opennicproject but it goes down sometimes
Freenom is a scam and openNIC is a joke.

>Freenom is a scam

They give me free domains, I fail to see how I'm being scammed

OpenNIC is never down for me.

Then what should one use
What is a good, free and ethical DNS?
>>57485183
OpenNIC provided you configure the DNS's on your router and put +3 servers.

I use OpenNIC DNScrypt but shit fucking breaks way too often for my taste.
The sad thing is that there is no better alternative to it as long as I know.
I use Google Public DNS. It has never broken so far.

Nice bait, fgt.

If something is free, you're not the consumer. You're the product.
>>57486841
What does this mean?
>>57486841
Whoa.
>>57486902
Running big services cost money
They fund it with data collection from users

Google Public DNS is completely beninge. They made it so that you could make sure your internet worked, since ISPs usually do a shitty job with DNS. They did this, so your internet works and they can spy on you with the rest of their services.
