Well its already the one Ive spent the most time learning about so I will stick with it. I seem to have finally gotten the tools I need set and was able to run a hello world on my phone.

It really sort of feels weird to see my own program running on my phone like that. On the computer it doest feel the same. But on my phone it is so exciting!

This is why the majority of android app development is outsourced to India while iOS app dev mostly happens in first-world NA and European countries.

The only way Android development will ever improve is if smartphones follow the footsteps of PCs and a standardized platform is developed so you don't need 50 billion variations of everything. The biggest strength of x86 Windows is that you can develop software with whatever the hell setup you have and know it will work with every other Windows PC out there; Android needs this quite sorely.
