What does /g/ use to backup stuff?
I use acronis for my home use but I need to clone one drive into 15 machines and I want to know the best way to do it since the drive have partitions and shit and I need a image to clone the drive as it is with partitios MBR and everything
I hadn't seen this image in quite some time

Veeam Endpoint Free to a 6 TB NAS. Also does bare metal recovery if necessary (they provide a bootable .iso)
But you are asking about cloning which is different..
As an everyday user I don't actually back up my data
Pretty sad considering I have multiple drives full of redundant data in the first place and have filled up all my drives
I need a better storage solution than mixed and matched 3gb/s Sata 3 SSD, couple of 1TB 2.5" laptop drives
Disgusting right?
Just like with a lot of stuff, you don't have any proper FOSS way to do it, stick with acronis
I don't backup cuz I have nothing worthy of backing up :*(
northon ghost
rsync and git
OP here, acronis did the work flawlessly, all the machines are working as intended now
I print out all my files in binary and keep them in binders.

Rsync or scp through ssh
Anything else is needlessly complicated
