I recommend a new "small internet" that disallows embedded video and limits image resolution to 1000x1000 and only allows 256 colors.

These limitations keep a lot of the "fun" parts of the internet but also keep the normalfags away who think everything has to be about videos and pretty pictures.

OP, update your filters. Modal overlays definitely can be handled with uBlock Origin, they're just CSS widgets.

Do we need a new filter list just for "subscribe" modal overlays maybe?
