ZorinOS, Elementary, Ubuntu Mate. All of these 3 look fine, Ubuntu with Unity also looks great but you'll need to download unity tweak tool to customize it better.

Honestly, pretty Linux themes are rare. It's putting lipstick on a pig anyhow, most applications will look and work like it's the fucking '80s

I went from Linux mint, to Ubuntu mate, and now to Solus.

Solus is the best of the 3 hands down. Miat responsive and fastest distro. Boots up in under 3 seconds.

The least important metric for me. I went back to ubuntu on family pleb desktop because nothing precompiled runs on solus (for those of you who don't know, it is semi-rolling clusterfuck like arch).

For people who fancy arch, solus is a nice proposition tho.
