I have the sniper button on the G502. Holding it reduces your DPI and releasing it takes you back to normal.

my mouse only has 3 options. it's not that hard to find the right setting among those three.

That feel when screws are located underneath the glide stickers. I tried fixing my shitty loose scroll wheel and two micro switches I put the mouse back together but now the glide/feet scrapes or scratches onto mouse pad. Fuck me ;_;

Look, I have a Razer Mamba, first edition - not exactly what you'd call a well-loved mouse, and for pretty good reasons - it has the battery life of a dead slug - but even that has a thing with 5 DPI settings, which you can set what they are, and the led markers on the side show you which one you're on.

(And happily none of that needs the special app/drivers, so once I set it up I uninstalled all that shit and it works perfectly.)

However, every now and then one of my hairs ends up on the mouse pad and that spectacularly fucks with the sensor knowing where it is.

I'll replace it with something better when it dies, but it's fine for now.

I got the Logitech Proteus RGB or whatever. It's actually pretty cool because you can assign lighting modes to DPI settings, having low intensity, solid lighting for low DPI ranges and pulsating, high intensity colors for higher ones.
