is there any fucking browser that doesn't take up a shit ton of resources?
>>57420621
You just posted a picture of it, unless you're a poorfag with only ~2 gigs of RAM
what sort of ghetto nigger machine are you running that a browser chokes it?
Web browsers went to shit. There's no escape.

Chromium and Chromium-based browser split into several processes each of which handle one to a few tabs at a time, which actually allows for a much better resource usage and management. You willingly omitted to post the RAM usage column even though it would make sense of the whole thing.
>>57420621
The alternative to using a shit ton of resources is firefox where a single tab running a shitty script can slow down the rest of the browser. I'd rather do it the chrome way.
>>57420621
The modern Internet in general takes up a shit ton of resources.
>>57420621
>he thinks that's a bad thing

Do you know what a thread is?
I use Firefox right now but even that is slow and bloated, probably an old version would be better but I don't know if sites would work properly.
I tried many but all "modern" browsers are like that. Even the hipster """lightweight""" ones are really not.

safari

lmao
Pale moon with ~30 add-ons and 10 tabs open hovers around 800 mb atm. ~500mb without any tabs
I'm a retard, can someone explain to me the difference between google chrome and chromium ?
>>57420621
What you've just posted is why I like Chromium. I've got 24 separate threads available, I'd like to fucking using them.
