Who /text and phone calls/ master race here?
Seriously, fuck all messengers apps. They became victim of their own success.
When smartphones were just taking off, it was all good. Everyone had one or two apps for communication over the internet and it was all good.
Nowadays:
>Viber - For group of friends nr 1
>WhatsApp - For group of friends nr 2
>Skype - To contact grandparents
>Skype for Business - For work
>Telegram and XMPP - for GF
>GG - For my Polish friends living in the past
Fuck this all. I swapped my PAYG card for £5 a month plan with unlimited texts and enough free minutes so I don't have to deal with this shit any more.

Ya, 90% of my friends use sms, the others use facebook messenger. Ive never once been asked for a whatsapp where I live in Canada, I'm pretty sure its just a euro thing
