clinton.org
Everyone on /g/ uses gmail but they pretend to use cock.li, protonmail etc.

laposte.net

That does not look like it would be favorable as a professional email.
Raspberry Pi at home. Everything else is for botnet peasants.
all email providers are botnets
we use morse-code and carrier pidgeons running gentoo

protonmail

I use all three.
Protonmail form e personal stuff. Gmail for newsletters and shit like that. Cockli as a disposable mail for "join this forum to download this file" type shit.

is it wise to make a protonmail to use for your personal info, like bank, medical-related activities, etc?
my fear is that it could suddenly vanish, like how lavabit did.

I think so. Protonmail seems to be pretty steady all things considered.
Granted I don't but the whole "nobody can read your stuff" thing 100%. I just think it's slightly safer than gmail, especially since you need two passwords.

They have many domains.
I use the airmail.cc one.
Openmailbox is good but sometimes you cant create a new account for months.

If I can bother you one last time anon, how long have you had your account? And do you use it for bank and stuff like that?
I only ask as this is what I would be using it for myself - want to make sure that someone else can attest to their good service

Sorry. Went away for a while If you are still there, I've used mine for about a year now I think. And I have my bank stuff, amazon, paypal tied to it. Pretty much everything that is tied to my IRL name, apart from some stuff that is to bother some to change or I've just forgotten about.
No complaints yet. The low storage might be a bit of a worry, but I only really archive receipts and personal emails so I doubt that will be a problem.
