So after the whole drama thing died down, all the facts were made public, Ward and Pistol's lies exposed, Ward/Logan had to give a bunch of TekSyndicate over to Wendell.
Wendell had a 30% stake in the company, and Ward was laundering money so he couldn't simply pay off Wendell. As a result Wendell took control of some of their youtube channels and main site to rebrand them.
