The really cheap CBs are garbage, you want something just above.
They do exactly what they say they do, browse the internet with chrome.

chromebook pixel has come and gone because plebs didnt recognize how great it really was

Don't know much about celeron series cpus, the lenovo has the N2840. Also 2 gigs of ram which doesn't sound amazing... but the price is near disposable tier.

Not a lenovo one. They're way too sketchy to be trusted these days.

Hands down Toshiba Chromebook 2. Amazing for $270.
