RHEL and CentOS. Fedora on my laptop.
I use Debian at work on servers and workstations.
Sys Admin here, used RHEL for 5 years then switched to Debian in 2011. I use Debian Unstable on my home PC and Debian Unstable on my wife's laptop.
Let's be honest, If you don't know how to dtrace out the system to debug, then you're not really a engineer.

Sys Admin here, my company switched from RedHat to CentOS a while back, then to OpenStack "Mitaka" on top of Ubuntu Server 14.04 LTS.

Yeah...stay strong homie
As long as you stay on a RPM based system you're good to go, both RHEL/CentOS/SLES are fine.
Arch on all production servers and work laptop. Fucking kill me now. It's only temporary, I'm slowly transitioning to Gentoo, wish me luck on that escapade.
