use it as outtake/intake fans? put on the top/bottom case? I have old lga 775 fans I plug into chassis fans port on mainboard and put below hdd dock on case. My hdd temp never reach 45 celcius +

It is be easy enough but that heats ink is only designed to cool mobile components.

It will be inadequate to cool desktop processors at full load for a long time.
