Alright, /g/; I have a question. I currently use an LG G2, but I'm looking for a good quality Android phone that'll last me a long time. I've found 2 phones that have caught my eye, namely the LG G5 and the Nexus 6P; both 0 dollars on a 2 year contract. I've heard the Nexus phones are very well built, secure, fast/optimized (and rootable), but the LG G5 caught my eye with it's removable battery, micro SD card slot, and dual cameras. Which one should I pick?
I would not recommend the G5 at all. Many users are facing bootloop issues, the same ones that plagued the G4. If you must get LG, try the V20, it is an all around superior phone to the G5.

Whats wrong with the g2? Unless you game on a phone, it should be fine for most anything. I use a g3 and the only reason i can find for upgrading is to get lte band 12, no other good reason.

Part of the touch screen is broken (really annoying), and the aux jack is very fiddly.

I have the Nexus 6P, and I upgraded from an LG G2.
You'll love the clean load of Android and how solid it is.
However, just know that it is Xbox huge. I have pretty big hands, and it's still a bit much.
Also, invest in a good case. I use a Unicorn Beetle.
