If you believe in that sort of thing, a low maintenance dossier is filled every time a criteria is met. Be it snuff or beasty vids, hard right or '''extremist''' political boards.

It's not like when your ISP gets triggered because you left a cookie crumb trail of searching and finding cheese pizza, the things it collects aren't necessarily illegal... Yet, or still to be used at a a later date if necessary against your character. That's if you do decide to do anything with your life, get political or do something significant.

I'm not sure how accessible this information is to the sort of people who are in the business of character assassination/sanctioned extortion. But if you piss off enough people perhaps they put our the feelers for dirt and do rounds on all the Botnet suppliers.
