I'll disappoint you but GPGPU(especially decrypting hash, cryptocurrency mining ) it's mostly AMD side but if for sure:
ASIC > FPGA > AMD GPU.
Everyone else mostly have "toy architecture"

I have AMD and Intel hardware and I said previously it's run same hot even if intel gimped lower "TDP" so intel SDP 45W same as AMD TDP 65 W same rules for everything except maybe Atom which run surprisingly hot even by desktop standards.
