So I upgraded to W10 some time ago and now Youtube videos and even some videos I've seen on Facebook get this weird wave of artifacting at the start for like a few seconds until it sorts itself out.
I've of course tried turning off hardware acceleration on Chrome, but that also fucks up the black levels on videos.
Any ideas? I'm just wondering, if it's W10 fucking up, if it's a common issue or if it's something else before I really get into it.
sounds like you need to buy a better computer, your computer just isn't good enough to handle a modern high-performance operating system like W10.

Not likely. I'm on a i7-6700k with a 1080 GTX.

I'm pretty sure it's AMD graphics cards.
I have a 6800K 4.5ghz and a Radeon 390X (waiting for vega and poolaris).
Without AMD drivers on a fresh install I never get the black intro/artifacts, but typically after I start updating AMD drivers it will take a poolaris on me.
Drivers.
