My SSD is partitioned into two because Windows didn't let me combine the unallocated space.

All movies and other shit that I don't need locally is stored on central NAS in my house.

C is Windows
D is Personal
E is Work
F is Backup(?)
G is (?)

G is empty because I don't play video games anymore. Leaves me with 1TB of nothing. Was thinking about using it for virtual machines, but that got boring after a while.

There's really nothing productive I can do with 1TB of emptiness. The rest are SSD's so they're small in size, but they're plenty for what I need. Maybe the 1TB should be backup? Or a redundant backup of F just to be extra safe so my memes aren't lost forever.

Let's check my hard drives.

Pirated games, GOG backups and PS1/PS2/DS/3DS/PSP/Vita/Wii/Gamecube isos, 4 TB easily and I'm planning to buy another 2 TB one.

Anime, a 12 episode series is easily 7 gb without extras like music, raws, etc, then it goes up to 20 GB, currently I have two 2 TB hard drives full and another one at ~1200 GB free.

Manga, high quality scans are 100-300 mb per chapter, I don't read or save nearly enough of this to warrant more than 1 TB, it gets grouped with rare pepes and pictures in general.

PORN, a dedicated 2 TB HDD for loli (half full), rest is in another one unorganized.

Music, maybe I'm just a dull faggot but a 128 GB SD card holds all of it and I see no need for backups since I treat this one as the backup.

Programs, drivers, OS, etc, less than 2 TB.

256 GB SSD for daily use.

that makes sense for 480p files but not HD

I made custom encodes of some DBZ Kai blu rays and 1080p files each come around 800-900MB
I spent a lot of time tweaking my settings and they payed off

I've made a few more tweaks since this image that fix some of the artifacting and make it look even closer to the original file while keeping the same file size (and switched from AC3 to AAC for the surround track)

In Windows I mount my non-OS drives as folders under C:, e.g., C:\Steam or C:\Storage, because my OS drive is a 128 GB SSD and dealing with multiple drive letters is a PITA after using Linux for a couple years.

I've never split a Linux installation across multiple drives or otherwise specified more than one physical drive in my fstab so I just mount others on the fly as I need them, not bothering with labels.
