I fucking hated that virus anon. I got rid of it but this is what it took

>format again
>zero the drive
>reformat again
>partition and format the partitions sepertly
>delet and reformat

Now for the computer

I remember fixing it with Microsoft Security essentials, but you don't need it.
If you want to recover the files, go to settings, the same place where "show hidden files and folders" is there should be an option to show "system protected files", enable that and get your data back, then just wipe your flash drive. If it still doesn't work try booting into a Linux distro or any rescue disc (doesn't have to be Linux) and recover your data, do a malware scan and (optionally) format everything.
In future try not executing malware or switch to a Linux-based OS.
